Both could have dire effects. I am a Christian and I do not see any fanatical group as being healthy to world peace. Both factions would not rest until they had everything the way they wanted and neither one would be a way I would want to live. I value my freedom to be what I want and to have the right to say what I want. i want to be able to disagree with the government if I so choose. There would be no moderation with any group of fundamentalists ruling. I personally think either one would devastate the world as we know it.

The problem is a fundamentalist is a fundamentalist. Personally, I don't really see the differance. And by the way, Muslim people don't believe in beheading either, and it wasn't that long ago that the so called "forgiving" Christians were killing in the name of their faith - look at Hitler, he was a fundamentalist claiming to be doing holy work, and he was a freaking NUTCASE!

I think everyone can answer this one by just trying to imagine which is more possible.
1) A Christian fundamentalist holding a gun to your head in a public square and demanding accept Jesus or die.
2) An islamic fundamentalist holding a gun to your head in a public square and demanding accept allah or die.
I don't care whether you're a Christian or a muslim YOU KNOW THE ANSWER.

As a Jew who one would expect should fear either, I have little or not worries from Christian Fundamentalists. Islam, OTOH...

Since Christians don't kill everyone who believes differently, I would say we would be better off with them in power. I just read on AOL news that a woman testified that Saddam Buried people still a live. Christians would never do that.

islam carries a big sword!
In Riyadh an average of four a week are beheaded by sword in the city square.....blood everywhere on the big blue tarp.

I would not want either.
But if I had to chose, it would be the Christians because they believe in Forgiveness instead of be-heading's.
