To be perfectly honest.... I can totally accept that a lot of the time trousers and jeans are more comfortable/warm but really I would prefer a lady I'm dating to at least wear skirts SOME of the time.... I just like them to be feminine like that

Leather on the lower half (except footwear) is vulgar. Leather shoes, boots, jackets, and accessories are acceptable.
