To lose weight, you need to reduce the calorie intake by some amount. It is important to develop a healthy diet , so that body receives sufficient nutrients even as you try to lose weight. Check the calorie count of the food you eat. A diet without sufficient nutrients like vitamins and minerals will only increase your appetite when you are trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan to lose weight , additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles to increase the metabolic rate. Small changes in your diet can help you lose a lot of weight. For long term fat loss, the exercise program should consist of a combination of weight training and aerobic exercises. ok they best way to exercise: at least 30 minutes a day (an hour is better) of something that will get you gross and sweaty because sweat is like the fat dripping off of you. you cannot choose where you will loose the fat from so you just have to keep going until it is gone.
best diet? try eating 5 fist sized meals a day instead of 3 big ones, it speeds upu your metabolism starting your day with fiber or fuit gives you more energy in the day and you can never eat too much fruit
always try to make the healthier choice

screw diets, they dont work, unless you diet for life.....in that case, you're not dieting, your opting for a healthy lifestyle. two thing that are vital are proper sleep and water- your body needs these two things to do anything properly, that includes burning calories. i quit three months ago too(june 6th to be exact!) and replaced smokes with food at first, and now im weaning off of that, til the day i just quit the bingeing all together! but kudos to you for quitting, but give yourself a break for another few months and dont worry too much about the extra weight, if you dont go nuts on chocolate and stuff, my theory is, that the weight will equalize on its own. also(as a mother of four) for bellies, you need to exercise your "core muscles" which you can do by balancing on one foot at a time, even while cooking or doing dishes, and practicing good posture, especially while walking.

First believe that You can lose weight. Second step is to cut your intake by half. Third step is to do some kind of physical exercises for 30 Minutes every day. Continue above for minimum 6 months and then evaluate.

I think your exercise is fine, you could up it if you wanted, but I'd concentrate more on re-educating your taste buds and eating healthy rather than dieting. A lifestyle change is the best course of action as you don't get hung up on all the foods you're 'missing out on'.

honestly, i don't buy any of the low carb, liquid diet, blah blah garbage. lower your calorie intake, make healthy food choices, and watch your portion sizes. get at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise each day. don't follow any fads. just be healthy.
