I see alot of question on here where people say they love someone or think they may and they havent even been out with them. How can you love him if you have never even been out with him? I would say the best way to ask him in is one of two ways. 1. Call him on the phone and say "would you like to go out with me" or 2. When you see him then say to him "would you like to go out with me"

If you are friends, you can just ask him out for dinner " his treat of corse ^_^" lol
if that dont work just come out and ask if you likes you more then just a friend or a booty call? depending on the situation?
