ooh, ahhh...very relaxing, especially if followed by a massage and spa bath. The sauna also helps your body eliminate toxins -- always a good thing. The Swedish sauna ritual involves sauna, with skin stimulation (light switching which invigorates the skin, increasing circulation) followed by a bracing plunge into a cold bath or a roll in the snow. Very invigorating.

It mostly relaxes your tensed muscles because the heat dilates the blood vessels therefore improving the blood circulation.
It relaxes you physically so psychologically it puts you in a state of peace and tranquility. It's like recharging your batteries. Once it's full then youre ready to go.
Good day!

It depends on how long you're in there. If you're in there too long, you can suffer from dehydration, fatigue, and heat stroke.
