Is real estate course (law of contracts hard)?

In an undergraduate school, or in law school? In law school, Real Estate and Contracts are two different courses, and there are no easy courses in law school. But I understand undergraduate schools now have abbreviated versions of some law courses, and they may not be too bad. The general principles are not that hard to understand. Law school needs to go beyond the general principles to the working out of all the details and exceptions in case law. Memorizing those case names and major facts came so hard to me that it was a relief when the financial aid was pulled out from under me and I had to quit.
