In an undergraduate school, or in law school? In law school, Real Estate and Contracts are two different courses, and there are no easy courses in law school. But I understand undergraduate schools now have abbreviated versions of some law courses, and they may not be too bad. The general principles are not that hard to understand. Law school needs to go beyond the general principles to the working out of all the details and exceptions in case law.
