i liked this guy and we went out then we broke up then we went out again this happened for about 4 months and stuff and then my friend is all like u should even talk to him any more.. i don't like the guy any more but i still want to be friends but i am not sure if he is gunna ask me out again, and if he does how do i say "no" in a nice way and say that i still want to be friends

First of all, your question should be "How come by boyfried/Ex Borfriend is a retard?"

But to answer your question, if he does ask you out again the nicest thing... maybe not the nicest thing but the nice way to say no is "Im sorry, but i don't think im the right girl/women for you" and maybe add a "i think were better off just being friends" if he doesn't understabd that then "YES" he is a retard.

A lot of us are retards because the woman lets us get away with it. You've already sent mixed messages to that guy its ok to break up and get back together whenever. Stand your ground and let your "yes" be your "yes" and your "no" be your "no". If you say you guys are broken up...stand by your word and tell him it's over...that's your word and its final. If he asks you again, tell him you broke up for a reason and its time to move on.
