Pistachio pie!
It's really easy. And it's no-cook.
1 pkg Jello brand pistachio pudding mix
1 can (about 15 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 tub (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Drain the pineapple just a little, put in a bowl and sprinkle the pudding mix over it and give it a little stir. Wait 10 minutes, it'll turn green, that's normal. Fold in the Cool Whip, put it in the crust, and put that in the fridge for a few hours.
Literally, easy as pie!

There is a local triple chocolate cake here in south of France, called Opera. It has tiny pieces of real gold plates on it. That is the most delicious desert I have ever had. I always buy one when we have visitors.
