been snuggled from behind when in bed? I encountered this with an ex who reckoned it made him feel "unmanly". Didn't really get a straight answer from him... Can you clarify this?

Honey, any affection is appreciated with most men. Sounds like you have an odd one there. Real men can appreciate any attention a woman shows a man. I personally love to spoon, weather its with her back or her with my back, as long as it is body to body contact. Nothing is greater than two nude bodies so close together. Must be of opposite sex though. Don't go for the gay thing.

Well no wonder he's an ex. Some guys do feel uncomfortable about it. The insecure, homophobic ones. My ex-wife did that a lot and I never felt anything but love, closeness, and caring, but I gave up on silly hang-ups years ago. Hope this helped. Too bad for him though, a good snuggler is hard to find.

It's true. Because a man's job is to protect you and be in control of things. So I think that the more protective the guy, the less he will like being snuggled from behind..

maybe everytime you do that to him, memories of an experience that has made him feel "unmanly" enters his mind. well he is your ex so i think you will be fine.
