Well, I guess there is only one way to find out. Go and talk to him and make conversation. And hopefully you don't have the same angry look you have on your avatar because if that's the case he may just be wondering why you are so angry.

well he may just have a staring problem & think you are hott or pretty as well
my advice is to talk to him and get to know him and maybe you could build a friendship. that could later spark into a relationship

it could mean he likes you, yet again it doesn't necessarily mean that. why don't you try asking him to go grab something to eat with you and become friends with him? then you'll be able to figure out if he likes you or not.
