I work with a guy that I really like, but I'm not sure if he likes me the same way, or if he just wants to fool around. How can I tell the difference?

Also, there's only seven of us that work together, and only three or four of us are usually in the office instead of out in the field.

Has he ever asked you out? That would be the first thing. Is he making any moves to suggest that he wants to get to know you? Has he talked about doing something you both have an interest in?
If he hasn't made a move, my guess is that he doesn't like you the same way you like him.
But, for example, he does ask you out at some point, you'll know right away if he likes you or if he's just looking to mess around. If he starts making moves on you during the first, even second date, then all he wants to do is fool around. A guy that has any real interest in you will wait until you know each other better. There's nothing wrong with that.

no one can ever say about this... It could happen he wants to fool around with u at present but later he might love u ... Or else he might like u at present but later he sleep with u and might lose the interest in u.. So Just one advise leave things on time let time do every thing.. also remember whatever happens , happens for good..

Does he constantly holds you or tries to rub his pelvic area on you. Maybe he'll just open up and let you know. You might wanna ask him what he's up to and get it over with.

its really hard to find out the difference cause guys are becoming a hell of a lot better with their act but ask him what exaclty is he looking for

if he wants you for more than sex, he'll be willing to go slow with you and wait... and do things like just talk on the phone or innocent things

Tell him you will go slow with intimacy. If he wants you for you he will wait. If he is with you just for intimacy then he will search for someone else when he cant get too intimate with you.
