I doubt it, but if you put some honey in warm milk before bed it will help you get to sleep. It's good for an upset stomach.

Quite the contrary, it will add weight. It is high in calories and sugar. Taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar a day, one in the morning and in the night will help. I did this and I lost weight. I also exercised and ate the right foods. When you eat salad, combine evoo (extra virgin olive oil) with the apple cider vinegar. That can get you your 2 T. Taking it straight up is quite nasty and I promise you you'll gag and possibly throw up!

I don't know where you heard that. Honey is very good for you though. Whether it will help you lose weight or not, the best thing for that is to watch calories & excersize!

Hi Natalie!

I sincerely doubt it. If anything, I think it may add weight since you are pulling in calories right before bed, when you really won't be burning them off. Moreover, the glucose (sugar) you put in your system at that time of night may wreck your sleep by giving you the "jimmy legs."
I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!
