The following approach requires balls, but it also works like a charm. In certain situations when you're pressed for time and you see a women showing you signs of interest , go up to her with a big smile on your face and say:
"Hi. You look like somebody I should get to know, but I'm in a hurry right now. Still, I don't want to pass by such a wonderful opportunity to meet someone like you. I'd like to see you again at a place where we can talk and get to know each other."
It's very important to SMILE and come off as casual and non-threatening. Like when you bump into a friend you haven't seen for a long time. If you interpreted her body language correctly and she really gave you an invitation to approach her, she'll agree to meet again. So, after she recovers from her initial (positive) shock, simply ask for her number — then smile and carry on with whatever you were doing.
One more thing: Recognizing these signs is not easy if you've never done it before. So don't be afraid to practice, and don't be scared if you're rejected at times. After all, the girl you approach doesn't even know YOU. If she rejects you, she is only rejecting a stranger, not your real self. You see, it's very important not to take these things personally.

Just say hi. Make a casual little joke about something you see so you can both laugh and break the tension, and make sure the joke isn't too forced or scripted. If you guys both laugh, it'll break the ice and make it a little less awkward for you to introduce yourself. If the joke is good, she'll like it even more that you're shy.

Start off by asking her how is she doing today?Compliment her on how she looks and alot of women like for a guy that know what he wants and is not really afraid of asking.Ask her about her future hopes and dreams also some of her accomplishments.Your goal in asking her these questions is to find out is she the one you may be looking for

Just say, "Hi, my name is ____" . Even if you're shy the direct approach is the one that will work the best. Don't try to be funny or use 'pick-up lines' they make you come off insincere.

Girls like guys to just be upfront with them. If you see someone that you wan to talk to, just go up to her and be honest. Tell her you are a bit shy but that you were attracted to her and would like to get to know her better. She will appreciate your honesty!
