I just went last week to get a trim and I've noticed that i stll have split ends? My hair isn't badly damaged or dried out and I don't dye/color it. What's with it? BLow drying? Does this cause hair loss??

Split ends will not cause hair loss. (it will not fall out at the root) What it will cause is breakage. If you style your hair with any type of heat the split ends will occur more often and alot sooner after a trim. I would go back and get another trim, and then purchase styling aids that help protect your hair from the heat styling that you do. Thermocare is a good product that works as a shield, it will allow you to style with out the damaging effects of blow drying and curling irons. Also a leave in conditioner is good to use to help protect you hair from drying out as fast. Use this before Thermocare or any other product you may find. Then use the low heat option on your dryer! It may take longer to dry but it is alot easier on your hair. Hope this helps

Yeah, blow drying causes hair loss. You need to get a real good leave in conditioner. I use Avon Advanced Techniques...but there are other products out there that work real good. If your hair is layered, the hairdresser could of missed some of your hair and that's why there's still split ends.

Blowdrying/curling/straighting all cause damage to your hair from the heat.
Use lotsssss of moisture it should help.
