Prayer was removed from our schools. The ten commandements from our court houses. But the world is getting worse!! So why is the name that is above every name(JESUS) feared so much????

God's kid,
You & I now it's satan that fear Jesus name. There is power in that name & satan will try all means to get rid of it. I was delivered by calling JESUS & commanding in His name (4 times in 20 yrs as a christian) from demonic attacks in my sleep.

The first answer from Wenz; is correct. The name to fear is Jehovah. He is the power behind all things as it's creator.
Not to slight Jesus his begotten son, but the name Jesus is very common all over the Spanish speaking world.
All of God's people love our savior, Jesus.
One of our songs talks about kissing the son lest God be angry, and we perish in the way.......taken from a psalm.

Just like the children of Israel, worshipping idol gods. Learn the truth and the truth shall set you free. Many people don't want to be free and don't want you to know the truth.
Chapter 10 :9 Romans says: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Also Romans 8 the other scriptures says 8:5-9 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not the subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ , he is none of his.

You are one funny, fundecostal simpleton. first of all, Jesus, from the coine' greek Iesus(Which actually means "friend of Zeus") Isn't even the name attributed to the xtian Messiah-who was probably called "Yeshua" ( Yahweh is salvation).Secondly, The ten commandments that were on court house steps(decalogues) are NOT the real ten commandments to begin with.
Exodus 34:13-28 1.Thou shalt serve no other god.
2.Thou shalt make thee no molten gods
3.The feast of unleavened bread thou shalt
keep.
4.Six days thou shalt work, but on the
seventh day thou shalt rest.
5.Thou shalt observe the feast of weeks,
of the firstfruits of wheat harvest,and
the feast of ingathering at the years end.
6.Thrice in the year shalt all of your men
children appear before the lord god.
7.thou shalt not offer the blood of my sac
rifice with leven.
8.Neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of
passover be left until morning.
9.The first of the firstfruits of they land thou
bring unto the house of the lord god.
10.Thou shalt not seethe a Kid( I.E. a young
goat) in his Mother's milk.

All of these things make sense as the true ten commandments when correct hermenutics( The science of interpretation) are applied to these passages (instead of taking them out of their original context the way most fundies do).Tis a Pity that a Satanist knows more about your book of lies than you do isn't it!?;)

It's not about fear; it's about freedom. We have a separation of church and state in this country. No one can force their religion on others. How would you like to listen to Muslim prayers or be forced to fast at Ramadan? Your religion does not override other religion.

because of of the world has sided with the devil who is the prince of the air.and even the demons fear the name of jesus and Tremble because He is the Son of the Living God God the Father gave power unto him to Judge and rule over us and Jesus is also God's word made flesh, when you sin you sin in thought word and deed and Jesus proved himself The Son of the Most High God with all three. Because people don't want to hear the truth. You will notice that false religions are allowed to expess themselves because they are false and no threat to anyone's lifestyle. Why would a criminal want to see the ten commandmants in the court room? Because it points out many things he has done wrong. People today want to make their own rules.

Jesus is not feared, his so called followers are. They kill in His name, they hate in His name, they condemn others in His name. He is not the problem, "Christians" are the problem. Do hold love as your prize and then cast aspersions upon others in the hopes of bringing them to Christ.
