People with braces, get ulcers and mouth sores often. Also people with new dentures and partials... what we tell our patients is do warm salt water rinses 2-3 times daily. This should help, them heal faster. But wont stop them from coming back.

Another thing is brush more often and use mouthwash..it may burn alittle, but it helps keep the bacteria down in your mouth, which feeds the sores.

well you can't really cure them but you can do things to make it better and to maybe fasten up the healing process like oral gel that numbs it and get some hot water and but in some bacon soda with salt and mix it together and rinse your mouth out with it that will help a lot! it always helps me.

Take a q-tip and dip it into rubbing alcohol then place on sore and rub for 10 sec. This hurts, but it numbs it and is usually gone with in a day after doing do.

Impossible to cure, but gargle with salt water a bunch to feel better.

my oldest son gets those ,they are from acid ,that your body isn't handle ,home remedy is to mix you a cup of warm salt water and swish around 3 minutes and rinse ,do this 3 times in a day .and don't have anything with acid in it soda ,fruit ,spicy food etc,,,take it easy on your system awhile .best to you

go to your local vitamin store and pick up a bottle of lysine

although used for herpes sores in the mouth (ick) you can also use it for general cold sores

Gargle with Salt water about every hour, it stings but it works.

rinse with warm salt water as well as hydrogen peroxide, best would be glyoxide sold at many stores.
