i kno that is a thing called microtype and u can go liek 3.0 to like tink 9.0 but i am not sure check it out i dont kno the site sorry but i hope that helps you

I think the best way once you've learned the keys basically on a keyboard it this:
Keep a journal on the computer- Think of what you are going to say AS you're typing. After a couple of weeks, you'll be able to type very naturally.
