Here's an idea... my friends and I did it once for a friends b-day... get all of his friends together, and have everyone pitch in for a stripper. You can pick and choose who you like, and how much is done or shown. I'm not sure of the going rate, but just call around and see what you find.
Trust me, he won't soon forget that you got him a stripper for his 21st.
