You haven't given me enough info ( both ages, experience, etc) to give accurate advice but......I would say no unless you get a good signal from her.
What worked for me normally was playful jesters or anything to lighten the mood and give her a chance to react. If she is interested she will let you know with body language. Casually brush against her, touch her hand or even play fighting. If she resists, it's not now but maybe later. If she is on the same page as you she will play back or not let go of the hand .
I used to ride a motorcycle, a cafe racer, that both riders had to lean forward. If a girl was interested she would hold onto me...nice!! If not , she would put her hands on the gas tank. I always found that the perfect way to figure out her intentions.
I hope it helped some. I was only trying to get the whole idea out there.

No.....not without first making some kind of eye contact. At some point during the movie - turn your head and look at her. From the corner of her eye - she will notice that you are watching her. When she turns to look at you - look into her eyes. If you experience that glorious suspended tender moment - then take her hand. She will probably smile and return to watching the movie - and so should you....but you will have her hand in yours - with her consent. Make sure your hands are clean and not sweaty. Now - there is hand-holding and hand-holding....too tight will frighten her and too softly she will think you are weak.....too much action from your finger and thumbs and she will think you are sleazy and no action at all she will think you are scared................you gotta get the right pressure and the right amount of movement. You can tell a lot about a bloke from the way he holds your hand. If you really like this girl - no grubby grabbing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

okay from past experience my advice 2 u is don't grab her hand but like if the time feels right and yall are comfortable with each then it would be ok to gently move your way to her hand and hold it (holding hands) get not grabbing hands. but nt ways if u see she gets a strange face when u do then u kno that wasn't the best idea...

Why stop at hand? A girl has lot of other things to grab.

The "Yawn and put your arm around her shoulders" thing has been a movie-going staple for years.

If she protests, you can always act like it was an accident because the seats are too small and you needed to stretch a bit.

*smiles* I remember those days....

well you asked her if she wanted to hang out thats what friends do. I would ask her out on a date befor i make any moves. maybe after the movie tell her you had a great time and ask her if she would like to go out to dinner with you one night. then i would make a move.

lets see if its the first time yall hanging out, i wouldnt be too forward with her i mean i would def flirt with her and def make sure you give her the vibe that you like her. And then if she maks the decision on wanting to go out with you a 2nd time then i would hold her hand

if you grab her hand, she might get frightened and leave you watching the movie alone. What you should do is gently place your hand on top of her hand, if she doesnt resist then you can entwine your fingers around hers and watch the great movie...

Take her to see as scary movie, so that way when she gets scared or anything, she'll grab on to you for safety. Or take her to see an emotional movie, so when she starts to cry or something, she knows who's shoulder to cry on.

I wouldn't GRAB her hand, but if there's a time it feels right, you can take it, especially if it's a scary movie.
