A click (or klick) is a kilometer...

Unless you're proprosing a hypothetical question, in which case it should be worded 'IF there were 100 clicks in a mile, how many would there be in a kilometer?', in which case the answer is 160.9, as there are 1.609 kilometers in 1 mile.

However, as a click is already a term for a kilometer your question is quite confusing.

A mile is not 100 clicks. A click or klick is a military term for kilometer.

Try multiplying by 8, and then divide by 5, and see if it makes some sense.
