....the guy is pretending to be such a player. Whilst he stammered out a few nervous references to us locking lips on Friday afternoon, how distracted he's felt all weekend as a result, and how worried he was that I might have thought it was a big mistake, he then made equal measure of mentioning the number of women (married and single) who make advances to him all the time.
Whats all that about then, is it another part of the game I don't know about? Am I supposed to be jealous? I suppose I am, but the feeling makes me want to run a mile, not cling on harder......???

Sounds to me like he is the total opposite to what he makes himself out to be and he thinks that if he acts like an adonis that it will keep you keen and interested.
Id just say it straight out that you prefer the not so player type of man and you didnt realise he was that way inclined - Im sure he'll realise what a **** hes making of himself then and drop the facade of being a player. Good luck xx

No seriously when I have feelings for a girl I tell her. Straight forward and honest works every time and by "works" I mean I instantly know how she feels about me. I hate all the games people think you have to play in order to get somebody to like you. People either do or don't and they almost always know after a couple of seconds.

if i was you, I WOULD RUN a WHOLE YEAR to get away from someone like that. he is SO OBVIOULSY insecure its unbareable to be around him. Its apparant that he likes you otherwise he wouldnt feel the need to lie about these kinda things with girls or even bring them up, i mean what point or motive does he have to bring them up. There is not one. Just tell him you dont want to see him no more, its not worth the hassle, i have been there, got the t-shirt, washed it, wore it agian, then chucked the thing away. Its gonna be a waste of time, he is so insecure that he will cheat on you, or prob got a small willy!!

You could either run a mile or play him at his own game and tell him loads of blokes are after you. A relationship with this guy is gonna be hard work he is either totally full of himself in which case he won't care about your feelings or he is so insecure that your gonna spend the time you are together just boosting his ego, personally I would ditch him!!!

He probably wants you bad too, but he seems a bit nervous so he makes up these type of stories or at least exaggerates them to help him calm his nerves. The worst part of a relationship is not knowing where you stand or where it's going. I suggest you ask him straight up and see what his answer is. Then tell him you're not interested in his past.

Yep thats where most men get is sooooo wrong!!They think by making out they have loads of other girls after them that its genna make us want them even more!!But your right,it just makes you even less interested most of the time!!Who wants a man that everybody else is after too!!Its nice to no ya man is attractive but most of the time they arnt worth fighting through a load of other women to get to!! x

He's just playing he field. Start doind the samething back to him and you'll see where you stand. He trying to make you feel that he can have anyone he wants, but probably in reality he couldn't have the wrapping of the candy bar.

He is worried that you don't feel the same.
He is telling you about them other women because he wants you to know that other women find him very attractive and that he is a good catch.
Go out together and see where it leads.
