People who don't believe in God have all sorts of reasons. Some just find the idea ridiculous. Others point to bad times in their lives and say, "Where was God then?" Me, I just don't have any reason to believe. I've never seen him. I don't hear his voice in my head (and I don't think that's possible, but that's another topic). I've never had an encounter with him. The prayers I used to do didn't work. I'd have no problem believing in him if one day he would just give me a signal or indication or something, but so far, that signal hasn't come. And I highly doubt it ever will.

It's hard to be angry at something that doesn't exist. I rely on science and logic, and get frustrated with people who think everything is because some god made it that way, and don't have any more proof than a book. It's like believing every word of Harry Potter, to me. And I think a lot of what the bible says is a load of cat turds anyway.
Try asking an adult next time, rather than a kid.

How can I be angry at something that doesn't exist? I'm frustrated with people who believe in the concept, and am sometimes a touch harsher with them than I should be.
I am an atheist because I use my brain to observe the world, not my emotions. I am willing to accept, "Well, we don't know just yet..." when I ask how something works. An atheist expects logical proof for what he believes.
Theists observe the world much differently. Emotion and experience is primary to theists. They need to have an answer to everything, and if no answer is readily available, 'God did it' is acceptable. Theists accept personal experience as proof.
Where's the anger between the two?

Atheists don't believe in the very existence of gods and goddesses in the first place so, how can they be angry with something that doesn't exist?
Your reference to the child's response is simply that he was too young to understand the implications in what he'd said.
One answer (Robert K) why do we spend so much time fighting agains him - not true. We don't (can't) fight something that doesn't exist BUT we can fight the spread of superstition to the unintelligent spawned by priesthoods with a vested interest in maintaining the status quo. (ie. their jobs for life and the contents of the collection plate).

No; atheists protest idiotic ideas about God. They're not angry at God; they're angry at what believers say about God.
For example, that it's "God's ways" whenever anything horrible happens. God's ways that children die of cholera and are crushed in earthquakes. Or that God will fry people in eternal fire if they live honestly as gay men. Or that God will fry people in eternal fire if they honestly can't see why they should believe.
So no, God's not the problem. It's believers who are the problem.

Anyone who is angry with gods is not an atheist, because to hold such anger against an entity requires that you believe that entity is real.
So, no, it isn't even possible for an atheist to be angry with a god. It certainly is possible to lose faith as a result of such anger, but once god beliefs are disposed of, the anger, to the extent it's still there, simply becomes anger, not anger at god.

If God doesnot exist , how can you have angry at something that has no value. Just becuse you can not face your life , you create a superior being to add you in it. We are here for a moment then we are gone. We pray to our own spirt that has lived before in many forms to guides. So pray to their forefathers for help and directions. Our forefather know more then we do beause they were here before we were. There is no God nor Devil except for man. Human are made up of good and evil .

No, atheists are people who do not believe in the existence of God. Therefore, they cannot be angry with God.
We are not angered by God's ways, as you put it. We are angered by small minded religious zealots who try and impose their own narrow sighted version of spirituality and "proper" lifestyle on everybody else. We all have our own views and codes of morals and ethics. It's just that not everybody feels it neccessary to bang on about it all the time.

Not in my case, neither in most cases I know, normally atheists are people who, having a decent formal education (aka: went to school to learn not to **** around) noticed that there is no reason to believe something as real as fairies, goblins, dragons or penguins that piss diamonds and that has as many reliable proofs of existence. So, am I angry with what you call your god? No, I just pity people like you for being foolish enough to believe something as real as Santa Claus.
