this is a personnal diet i've come up with but sounds logical,I've had a trouble with feeling more hungry after i've eaten than before by only eating small protions. after starving there never seemed to be any results.
the thing you can do is eat as long as you're hungry until lunch and then don't eat at all. this means you'll have enough energy to stay awake in the afternoon but you've been able to digest all of the food you've eaten (2 hours for sugar and 8 hours for fat) that way from about 6 o'clock you start burning your fat but you don't really need the energy anymore, so all you need to do is get over that hard time and being that you don't eat at night, all you've burned until then goes on and you lose weight during the night. it's not as hard as fasting the whole day, it's not dangerous although make sure you don't faint.never happened but i don't feel like being responsible for someone's death. simply don't forget to drink and don't over do it at lunch. Try to eat on longer periods that way you sense when you stop being hungry.
good luck

I think, more than the diet, it is the exercise that matters.Try a low fat,low sugar diet coupled with 1 hr of brisk walk every morning preferably before Sunrise.
Eat small frequent meals, drink 4 litres of luke warm water a day and don't eat a fruit after dinner. All the above will increase your metabolic rate and eventualy start losing weight.

do some running.
make up a sit-up routine for yourself
lay on your side and do leg lifts in many different positions.
cut back on unhealthy fats (hydrogenated, modified etc)
no refined sugars (sub with stevia, honey etc)
try to eat food as close to natural as possible (unprocessed)
don't eat after 8 pm
eat certain spices like cinnammon (helps with weight loss)
drink lots of filtered water
squatters will build the muscle in your butt, but it won't be flabby so it's not so bad! it will probably replace the flab.
i swear if you follow these you will feel better about your thighs/stomach. it's hard to make these switches in life but o so worth it once you begin to see the changes. i was beginning to lose my figure a few years ago but made some changes in my eating habits and i think i am at a really good spot- thigh/tummy/butt-wise. just give it a try! just takes some self control.

cardio, or cardiovascular workout, is only any workout that elevates your coronary heart fee to an helpful variety ( 60 to seventy 5% of your max coronary heart fee), at an intesity point it particularly is sustainable for a minimum of 25 to half-hour. working and cycling are the two maximum complication-unfastened cardiovascular workouts. in case you have a treadmill or different workout kit on your place, that is appropriate... If not, to place it in less difficult words (in the confines of your place)...you're able to do leaping jacks, sit down ups, push ups, pull ups, working in place....as long as you do it long sufficient, on the appropriate intensity point. a stable thank you to choose your intensity point is to word your skill to speak mutually as doing workout. in case you are able to shop on a communique mutually as workout, yet experience a like this is a sprint complicated to realize this, and can guard that time for half-hour, you're possibly in the appropriate "zone". i might additionally surprisingly advise a brisk 40 minute walk outdoors.
