Delta Quadrant ! Not Gamma Quadrant ! The Dominion Occupies The Gamma Quadrant!

I went through what I call my "Stupid Period" from 1989 to 1993. I went totally backwards, I wanted to be, and do everything I had not been, or done as a Christian. I was in a constant state of Rage, I started calling myself Anger, I made Anger my Name. I hated God, Church, and Christians. I was more disrespectful then the Heathen on this site. I went out of the way to insult Christians, and God. I never stopped Believing, I would challenge God to do something to me. I went Crazy, totally Crazy !

When I finely came to myself, I came back to God, and He was Merciful to me. He restored me , gave me a wonderful Wife, and restored me to Ministry. I love Him more solidly than I've ever before, and I am forever grateful to Him. My God is an Awesome God ! Abounding in Mercy, and great in His faithfulness !

Although I have not and do not intend to ever return to my prior faith I believe that there are ppl that would. The reason that I believe this is because although you found fault that caused you to leave to begin with, you also have adopted those beliefs and traditions into your life your subconscious. It is not easy to understand what you once thought to not be a fact and this is the case with many who leave their faiths. Thus, returning only makes it easier to continue on, but you then make yourself the bad guy. You blame yourself for having left to begin with, not the original reason but yourself personally. It is easier to return and not learn something new. It is easier to put that one thing behind you and continue on in just struggling to survive. I think they are being untrue to themselves by doing this and the lingering doubts will haunt them.

I left a faith and recently made peace with it after years of mild hostility toward it. But I won't be embracing it wholeheartedly. Too much change in me has happened while I was gone from it.

Glad you are back.
