He has my car and will not return it. I can't call the police (I tried) to report it stolen because I let him borrow it and it is not criminal. I found out he has another girl friend and I now have a STD! Which pisses me off big time. And I think I am pregnant. So Do I let the other woman know of me? Or do I walk away respectfully and let it play out by itself? No rude comments I am a bit stirred up by all this new I just found out.

I am trying my best to get my car. I don't care about that right now. What I really want to know is should I tell this other lady about me or not? I know that the STD I have will be reported with the health dept. and so her name will come up. So would it be better to have the health dept contact her or should I?

Some lessons life throws aren't always bad. They're for the learning, now, get up, wipe the tears. Don't ever put yourself last. Tell the other woman, she deserves to know what she is dealing with. Then and only then, do you respectfully climb another mountain. With more experience.

Yes, you CAN report the car stolen, if it wasn't returned to you when you asked for it. Simply report the car stolen to the police (don't mention who you lent it to yet, just report it stolen) and explain to the police that you demanded the car back and he refused.
The rest is your problem; get treated for the STD, have the child or not - telling the other woman or not is your call.

go to the police again and file a report, just because you lend someone your car does not mean they can keep it forever, they just don't want to do their job. As far as the guy goes, after you get your car, cut your loses. Especially if you are pregnant. Do you want to bring a child into this world thinking this is a normal relationship.

You can still legally get your car back., you just cant have him
arrested for theft.
If you plan on getting financial help from him ( child support ) than
yes i guess you will need to tell him.
As far as telling the other girl about what kind of guy he is..........
that is a hard one to call. She may already know what he is like,
and don't care because she has him.. or you might be able to keep her from getting hurt.
