I got up got my kid all dressed for school fed him breakfast and was telling him to go brush his teeth when he goes MOM- there is no school today!! LOL! I looked at the calendar and was like oh Sorry!

lmao yes...i got up late one day adn rushed out to the bus stop and was like a minute late and thought i missed the bus but just in case i waited around for a couple of minutes(i would've just gone home but i thought i had a big test) so i walked home and called the school to tell them i didnt make the bus and i got a recording saying that schol was off... i just laughed then went back to bed

I used to freak out on those days...lol. I would over sleep and forget that there was no school. I would wake up at like 9:30 AM and think...Oh ****...I am late for school...and then realise there was no school.
Also,sometimes I would come home from school and take a nap right away. I would wake up at around 9:00 PM and think it was already the next day, and I would jump out of bed thinking I was late for school..meanwhile its 9:00 PM and I missed dinner.
But yeah, I woke up getting dressed for school and later realising it was closed.

It happens to us all,I have woke up late on the weekend jumped up got dressed real quick thought i was late for work and I didn't even have to go in.
