Go to a demo day and have the company rep fit you. Don't buy one without hitting it first. You need to find the one that works best for you swing.

If you are into all of the gadgets and accessories available with the R7 425, I would recommend purchasing the R7 425 TP. The TP(tour preferred) version of this driver comes with lots of additional weights, a new configuration wheel, and a really neat headcover with a magnetic closure. It also has a more advanced shaft with the RE*AX w/ Rombax technology for even more stability during the entire swing. I purchased a R7 425 TP when they first became available and have since sold it. However, for a guy who is really into the novelty and gadgets you can't go wrong with it. It is a quality driver with alot of "WOW" factor.

Nothing is a must-have. I bought a TM R7 425 driver a few months ago and it's perfect as it is. I love that club. I have never even considered playing with the weights or anything...really solid and I can control this driver more than others.

I don't like the headcover, though. It doesn't fit hehe. It already had a quarter inch tear in it when I bought it. I didn't feel like going back (again) to exchange it. I ended up throwing the headcover away because it just kept ripping.

Here is a photo of what's in my bag:
