Ingredients :
-6 Eggs
-2 tablespoons Ghee or oil
-2 Medium onions, finely chopped
-3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
-2 teaspoons Finely grated fresh ginger
-3 teaspoons Ground coriander
-2 teaspoons Ground cumin
-1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
-1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
-2-3 Ripe tomatoes, diced
-1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
-1/2 cup Hot water
-1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
Method:-
1) Hard boil the eggs.
2) Cool quickly under running cold tap, shell, halve and set aside.
3) Heat ghee or oil and fry onions, garlic and ginger until soft and golden brown.
4) Add coriander, cumin, turmeric and chili and fry for a few seconds.
5) Then add tomatoes and salt and stir over medium heat until tomatoes are soft and pulpy.
6) Add hot water, cover and simmer until gravy is thick.
7) Stir in garam masala and the halved eggs and heat through.
8) Serve with rice.

Spicy Egg Curry
Ingredients
4 boiled eggs
2 medium sized onions
1 Tomato
3 green chilli's
2 tsp. coriander powder
5 cloves of garlic
1" ginger
1 tsp. jeera
1/2 tsp. garam masala
pinch of turmeric powder
3 tbsp oil, Salt to taste, water
Method:
Make a paste of 1 onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli's.
In a pan add oil when heated add jeera, when it splutters add the remaining onion (slit lengthwise) keep frying till it is golden brown then and finely chopped tomato fry it is smashed properly then add the ground paste, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
Keep frying till you see the oil seperating on the top and there is no raw smell.
Add water if the curry sticks on the bottom of the pan.Finally add the boiled eggs (make vertical slits on the sides of the egg).
Toss the eggs into the curry and let it simmer for 2 minutes,sprinkle garam masala and remove from heat when the curry is thick in consistency.

2 boiled eggs,one meduim onion finely chopped,two tomatoes,1 teaspoon of dhaniya+jeera powder,a pinch turmeric,1/2 tsp or more chilli powder,1 green chilli,1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Hardboil and shell two eggs.In a pan,heat 2 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tsp jeera,then add onion,ginger-garlic paste,and let fry till onion starts becoming brown.Add green chilli,tomatoes chopped into the onions.Now add 1 tsp salt,and pinch turmeric and chilli powder to the tomatoes.cover the pan with a lid and let the tomatoes soften.Now add 1/2 cup water,and the boiled eggs.If you like,cut the eggs into tow halves and add to the curry.Let it simmer for 2 mins more and sprinkle some lemon juice and chopped fresh coriander on top.Serve hot with white rice.I often make this curry. makes a good meal.

sauted the sliced onion till they become transparent,in it add julien ginger,chopp garlic,slitted green chillies,saute till the onion becomes brown ,add chilly pwd,coriander pwd,garam masala pwd, add water let it boil, when gravy becomes thich add boiled egg in it.

hi
take eggs,boil them.
put tomatoes,onion,masales,mirch etc and grind in grinder or mixer tillit becomes thick paste.
add water and put in karhadi.
add eggs and mix .
serve it hot with chapati or fried rice.
