quote
"Do you poo on command"
No, but all of my dogs will.
There are several places that train guide dogs, and about 100 certified trainers in the US. Plus many puppy trainers. There is no uniform potty command used between the various guide dog programs. After a blind person has spent some time with a new dog they can communicate to their dog through it's harness without a word being spoken.

A well-trained dog makes everyone happy, including his owner. Take a little time training him, and you'll never regret it; you'll always have an obedient dog by your side. Find more https://tr.im/xSjHF
By their nature, dogs are pack animals with a well-defined social order. Through basic training, you need to consistently make sure your puppy understands that you are the leader, not him. So in teaching him the basic rules, you take on the role of pack leader.
To fit into the family circle, your dog must be taught to recognize his name and such commands as come, heel, lie down and sit.

My dad has a guide dog and when the dog needs to go it just goes into the gutter and does its business. Obviously dad has to let go of the harness or he'd be in there too.
In the run at home the command is 'get busy'

It's called training, you have to start when they are very young and only give them one place to poo and they will associate that place with poo takes a long time but worth a try if you have the patience

No fun at all - most dogs won't take commands of someone they don't know
