Throw it up in a ponytail.
If it's not long enough for a ponytail, then grab some pins or clips and pull it back.
If the school allowed hats, then there's the easiest solution.

Don't do a thing, leave it messy, heres why. One, you should never worry about what other people think of you (at least not in high school, later on in life in your career thats a different story, but high school is a time to step out on a limb and find yourself) or you will find you spend more time try to mkae others happy and you will, in turn, be unhappy yourself. Second, if you are crative, you can come up with a great back story for the messy hair. Like you were out all night, and you met this really hot guy..and the rest is nobodys business but say that part with a wink. Having a vague and somewhat secret modus operandi is a good thing in high school, it keeps people guessing about what you will do next. (And you thought messy hair was a bad thing!)

Depending on your length put it in a ponytail. If you don't have ponytail length hair try some hair mouse

if u like hats simply put on one and make it look fanciful. But if u don't like one make it into a pony tail if possible or u might decide to just look crazy or create a new style with it.

I would put it back in a ponytail or I would slick it back in a headband.
