Try these, I have used them before and are very professional. They've been around for years now so should know if you can or can't.
All the best for the big day either way :-)

If you are willing to take the risk, encourage a minister to join you,
and expect full news cover next day, and pay the fare, I suppose
it is possible. You could even search the Guinness Book of records
to see how extravagant you must be to break a record! A better
idea would be to pay 10 million dollars per person and do it in
outer space, then I assure you that you will be entered in the
Guinness records.

Definitely not - "approved venues" must have a roof and be a permanent structure. Ask your local registry office for details - however I think the law is going to change in the next few years. They may be able to advise on this also.

I can't see why not as long as you can find someone to officiate the ceremony. I must say though that I find these " over the top " weddings so tacky, they take away the whole meaning of marriage and almost make a mock of it. Have a great day and a long, happy marriage.

You can, but I am not sure if it will be legal. What you could do is do all the paper work in a registry office, and then exchange vows in the Hot Air Balloon.

that would be great but it is not yet legal to get married in a hit air balloon in the UK, you would have to go to North America.

No, you can only get married in a Church, Registry Office, or an Approved Building.

If you can get married underwater I am sure you can get married pretty much anywhere. Good luck with your search!
