I recently moved from Fl to Nashville and left a cat with my neice. It is now time to get the cat from her. We have looked into airlines to transport the cat but since she is a snubbed nose cat(Himalayian) she cannot fly above 70 degrees. We all know how hot it can be in sunny south Fl. Is there any other options at this point for transporting?

My sister just took two cats from IL to CT. She drove. She got to cat containers and asked a vet about tranquilizers. I suggest you talk to your cats vet and get their opinion.

Have someone drive her? Or research if they have animal transportation, like a service or something

In a car with airconditioning. Sounds easy enough. Maybe you all could meet half way. Put her in a carrier and you are on your way!!!!
