If you can afford it book some sessions with a qualified gym instructor - not only will they advise on a specific exercise regime, they will also advise on a diet and monitor you. This way you will increase body mass and weight - improve your physique - and feel a whole heap better about yourself - safely.
On no account though take steroids - they do do the trick in the short term, but they also mess with your metabolism and your head - in the long run they're not worth it.

It's difficult without knowing your height or gender, or what you can afford. You need a sensible nutrition plan and you need some form of strength training to build up muscle. If you can afford a personal trainer that would be your best bet. Also, you could ask your doctor to test that you don't have an overactive thyroid. If you feel well I wouldn't worry too much. Good luck :)

Always have vegetables on give. Saute a big bag regarding frozen mixed vegetables in organic olive oil and garlic. Add some red pepper as well as turmeric for additional flavor and also separate into portion-sized containers with the fridge.

you forgot to tell us how tall you are. 48kg for a 5ft person is a good weight but for someone of 6ft it's too light. Try eating an extra snack in the morning or evening, but remember it's far better to be underweight than obese.

My husband had his jaw wired shut and managed to put on weight instead of losing it while he wasn't able to eat solid food for a couple of months.

Her did that by making milkshakes with Carnation instant breakfast and ice cream several times a day.
