Is a scary movie a bad choice for a first date....even if she likes them? I was thinking that she would get all jumpy and hold onto my arm without her really realizing it until she already did.

the choice of movie does matter! However, if she likes a scary movie then that's okay and even good you know that. I once went to a movie w/ a guy that I wanted to walk out of but couldn't...'cause I was polite or something lol. I didn't think it would matter 'cause I'd be with him...well let me paint you a picture...1) the movie didn't have the type of humor I liked...2) he didn't seem that into me...3) he had absolutely NO idea that I hated the movie and hated that we went out and there was 0 physical contact. So...the moral of the story...if she doesn't jump for your arm at least hold her hand. lol

Just ask her what she wants to see & go see that. If you need to narrow it down to a couple of choices & let her deicde. You may have to say "you pick the movie & I'll pick the restraunt".
Couples have a hard time making decions because they want the other person to enjoy what they choose.

If she likes them then they are a good choice, cause she likes them, you should usually try to do something she likes for the first couple of dates.

the choice of movies does not matter... the impt thing is whether she is happy n whether she wanna goes out with again for the 2nd or 3rd etc.... be confident n make herself ease when she's going out with u... (",)
