You need 10 calories for every pound of weight, to maintain your current weight. That would be higher if you are excersizing. And you still may lose weight at 10 calories per pound, depending on other physical activity. 10 calories per pound is for no activity at all, if you sit in front of the tv all day, basically. Also, you didn't mention haow tall you are, so your calories per pound could be higher if you are tall.

Google BMR calculator and use that. It will ask for your height and weight and age....Then it will tell you how many calories to consume daily to maintain your current weight. Good luck!!

I've heard the weight you want to be in pounds, times 10. That's if you're moderately active.
