Are you really serious?! Marriage is intended to help keep our species alive... I don't think you'll have many babies with a wolf. How about you just stay friends and meet up for coffee every once in a while.

didnt know that human-animal marriage is still allowed... if you think that your wolf can communicate with you can spend the rest of your life with it, go ahead. but dont regret in later part of your life.
