Ok, first thing I want to say is I'm very sorry you're feeling this way now. If I were you, I would go into a quiet room and sit down. Take slow deep breaths, in through the nose, and out through the mouth. Also, I would modify my diet so that I would allow for as little caffeine intake as possible. I hope my answer helps you. Lastly, I want to say I've seen your page, and I enjoyed looking at it. You're a very beautiful lady.

If You Haven't Already, I Would Suggest Removing All Stimulants From Your Diet eg. Sugar, Caffeine Etc. Consulting A Doctor To Check If Anything Is Over Stimulating You And Maybe A Dietitian To Find Out What You Can Eat And Things You Should Avoid. These Steps Would At Least Rule Out A Dietary Contributor To The Way You Feel.
I Hope You Find My Suggestions Helpful.

If you are able to keep still, try yoga (since I started yoga I find it much easier to calm myself down and forget about my anger for awhile). If that doesn't appeal to you right now, exercise, exercise and exercise some more. Pushing yourself through your anger by running, using a punching bag or any kind of exercise machine is a great way to tire yourself out so you are too exhausted to feel angry. Also it gives you quiet time to yourself to think about why you are angry and try to come up with a solution.

I know how you feel. I let everything get to me too! The best thing to do is to just sit still, close your eyes if you want, and just focus on your breathing. Really focus on it. Think about how deep you are taking in the air into your lungs... how long your are holding it there... and how slowly you are letting it out. (It helps if you really focus on doing this.) Don't think about anything else. And realize that you are not helping to fix any of your problems by getting so worked up over them. Take each problem, one at a time and work them out. Don't try to cram them into one thought and one solution! ... One at a time, slowly. ... And always remember to stop and take a few moments to rest, and relax. Don't worry, it will all pass... if you let it.

It depends on the context. Said in a loving, gentle way, "Darling Mum, please calm down," if your mother is really upset, it is okay for a younger person to say, but as you've said above, yes, rude. Never say it to a teacher or other older person unless in the way I've suggested.

maybe look into what is causing these symptoms. something in your life making you feel this way? Maybe you can find the solution in the cause. Or maybe you are depressed. People who suffer from just a light case of depression can have different symptoms. You do not have to feel sad to have depression. Talk to someone you trust.
and trust me, meditation works! try it sometime ;)

If that doesnt work, maybe your hungry? sometimes when im stressed i like to eat.(haa) and finally if that doesnt work try screaming into a pillow or something that doesnt make it loud.you may need to see a really good friend too.
