It sounds like you are really in touch with the Lord. Pray for what God has laid on you heart and thank Him for it. How exciting for you & a way to grow closer to the Lord.!!
May the Lord continue to bless you.

Maybe He is just wanting you to spend time with Him. Alot of times during the day we get so caught up in life that we forget about God. You could be interceding for someone by being obedient and praying. Just because you may not know who your praying for God does.

I've seen some of your other questions. One is asking about the benefits of green tea. The other is asking about your skin breaking out. It appears to me that you've been changing your diet and eating habits recently. You also have asked about what the ideal weight should be for your height, so I suspect that you may be overweight. Do you smoke? Consume alcohol? There's a lot of things that can lead to insomnia, and it mostly relates to your eating (and drinking) habits, weight, and other toxins (alcohol and smoking). As you age, it gets worse. You feel the need to pray because you believe that your god might be able to cure you of this problem.
There is a solution, and it's not by praying. Avoid alcohol if you drink, and give up smoking if you smoke; those two are biggies. Green tea contains caffeine, and you want to avoid ALL sources of caffeine before bedtime. You also want to make sure you're not consuming too much caffeine throughout the day; no more than the equivilant of two cups of coffee per day (300 mg of caffeine). If you're constantly drinking green tea all day, you might be getting too much caffeine. You'll also want to avoid snacking or eating just before bed. It's also a good idea to make sure you get plenty of excercise and activity throughout the day, but don't excercise right before bedtime. Give yourself a couple of hours to "Cool down" before going to bed.

Start a Prayer Journal right away. Write down what you've prayed about, and God's reaction. He might be telling you something. Or maybe there's something you really need to confess. Either way, this is a great way to put these things into perspective.
Hope this helps

I haven't experienced that, but if you're feeling like this, then definitely go with it. Ask God to show you what it is you need to be praying for, or if you know people who are unsaved, or just the unsaved in general, pray for those people. Maybe God will place it on your heart exactly what it is you need to pray for. But for sure, when you feel like that, go with your feeling. God is happy when we obey Him. God bless youâ¥

Only after a nightmare. I can't sleep until I pray at least one round of Our Father, Hail Mary and a Glory Be. That, and storms. I always pray during a storm.

If you are truly religious I'd keep doing as I felt. The answer will come in time. Yes, I've had the same experience. Remember, all religion is based on faith in what you believe.

No. Perhaps this is a personal crisis of the spirit confined to you alone. I wish you well in resolving it.
