We are to honor (worship) Jesus just as we worship God
John 5:23 That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.
You also said: "Some people who worship Christ have told me that he died for everyone's sins, and no one goes to hell.."
YES Jesus did die for everyone's sin but that does not mean everyone will be saved.
Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment
There would be no need for judgment if everyone would be saved. Also, there are two judgment sites...the White Throne Judgment and the Judgment Seat of Christ.
NO ONE at the White Throne Judgment will be saved. They are their own defense attorney and they will not win the case.
Those at the judgment seat of Christ are saved but the judgment will judge our works not for salvation, but for rewards, for crowns to be able to return to the LORD
We also need only to look at Luke 16:23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
The rich man was not saved...He ended up in hell.
One last thing...In John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Nowhere does it say one "has to worship" Him. But we do because of what He did (and continues to do) for us. There are examples of where Christ is worshipped in the Bible (see John 9:35-38 for one example).
We must accept Him as Lord and Savior. "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" John 14:6.
But we do worship the Father, through Christ. And one way we worship the Father is by following Christ's commands (John 17:3 says life eternal is to know the Father and Son while 1 John 2:3 says that we know that we know Him by keeping his commands).
Be careful of looking in the Bible for what has become doctrine through creeds. Many Christians claim the Bible is the final word and at the same time follow major doctrine not found in the Bible but from creeds that came some hundreds of years after the last book of the Bible was written.
So, worship Christ - He deserves it. But the Bible says we must worship the Father ("No other gods but me").
Hope this helps.

Deut. 29:18
Matthew 6:24
Those two verses talks about serving God.
No not everyone goes to heaven. Who every told you that don't know the word of God. Bible says Ye must be born again. Not reborn from your mothers womb but a heavenly birth. I know there is more verses but my mind hasn't woke up yet. Will add more if I can think of some.
Note: I knew I would think of one. Read these verses for sure. This shows you not everyone goes to heaven.
Matthew 7:21-23
The first part of verse 21 says not everyone that saith unto me, Lord , Lord shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in Heaven.
Note: Notice thise verse also says whoever serves God, which is the same as the will of my Father.
Look at verse 22. This is someone who done mighty works in the name of the Lord, but look what Jesus said in verse 23
Verse 23- And then will I profess unto them, I NEVER KNEW YOU. Depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Hope these verses helped you.

Romans 3:23
Romans 6:23
And so many more.
Worship is a mind set and a heart set not the actual action it self worship can be considered Prayer, singing, dancing, helping, serving an anything else done with the right motives. We don't have to serve him or die, but if you don't call on Christ to save you, You will never understand. You will be sent to hell for no one is righteous no not one. Once you become saved you'll want to worship Him trust me. If you have any questions e-mail me at hawkrisesagain@yahoo.com

I consider you that child baptism is legitimate, however permit's take a seem on the verses and statements you furnished. - "permit the youngsters come to me" has not anything to do with child baptism. This used to be Jesus' example of the childlike religion we're to have with God. - you return very virtually a works-orientated view of salvation while you say that baptism is needed to go into the dominion of heaven. Baptism isn't a loose cross. Again, your quote of John three:five has not anything to do with child baptism. - You don't have any evidence that "whole households" ought to have integrated teenagers, and credo Baptists will reject this argument immediately. A higher argument making use of those verses might be that the tradition of the day worried authority mandating it, which might have carried out to other halves, servants, and youngsters of any age, effectively seeing that Papa stated so. You are proper, although, that the Bible does now not forbid child baptism. This might positioned the weight of evidence onto the credo Baptists to exhibit how man or woman choices might must be made within the face of a tradition that might have rejected Christianity outright if baptism didn't comprise the teenagers.

You must confess Jesus as Lord and believe that he rose from death. See Romans 10: 9-12.
Since Jesus is God, we worship Him.

Good question, but there is not even one clear verse which includes Jesus saying that he is God or must be worshiped.

hi, lots of good answers, but don't forget most of all, He Jesus said He would be back, not God, God gave up a long time ago on His children, but left the side door open for Jesus believers, mercy is from God after all.

Jesus would not say that, he is much smarter than that. That was invented by a bunch of religious hustlers trying to brainwash people.
