1.eat raw veggies
2.drink fruit juices
3.drink plenty of water
4.regular exercise
5.sleep 7 hours maximum
6.vitamin A is good for the eyes. E.g. Carrots, Apples, etc.
7.Cucumber juice applied over the eyes and under eye areas helps in relaxing tired and puffy eyes.
8.To lighten dark circles, apply the juice of mint leaves mixed with almond oil and honey under the eyes before bed time every day.

Hi.. I used to have dark circles under my eyes, a Dr told me to stop drinking milk.. I did, and believe it or not..no more dark circles..I still use milk in my coffee or for cooking when necessary, but I have stopped consuming glasses of milk.

maintain routine adequate regular 8 hrs sleep
exercise regularly
dring at least 3 litres of plain water every day
eat fresh fruits and vegetables
put HYDE or MELALITE cream at night around the eyes
do not allow cream to be put inside the eye
do not put cream during daytime
wash the cream when you get up in the morning
do some relaxation exercise
study in adequate light

Suggest either papain (papaya in pill form) or fresh papaya.. but, must be eating protein with it.. or, amino acid supplements. Apparently you are not assimilating the essential amino acids. This condition will usually be corrected within 4 days if you double up on the dosage for 4 days.
It is not common but there are many people who do not assimilate sufficient protein from their dietary.

Cut thin slice of potato with the skin an put in your eyes for maximum 15 min, try to do it twice a week .

why dont you have a long soak in the bath and put some cuccumber on your eyes alway s does the trick or buy eye gel for puffy tired eyes.

cut cucumber into slices ..close ur eyes &keep it on ur eyes.. leave it 4 ten minutes ..can also try potato pieces..take rest ..do this daily ..sleep well....b'coz sleeplessness causes dark circles...
