I think we do have souls and where it goes after we die depends on that person.Who says the afterlife can't be in sections, like the Jews over here, the Muslims over there, the Catholics over there, etc.?

They get to heaven or hell, depending on the number of good deeds they have performed when they were still alive as humans. But some souls are roaming this earth because they are lost. They either don't know they are dead or they didn't die willingly. Only the priest or spiritual leader can put these restless souls to rest.

The soul makes up the part of us that is the mind, will, and emotion. It either will go to heaven or hell and be united with a physical body.

No, there's no reason to believe that we have anything like a 'soul'. We are our physical bodies, and that is all.

If we have souls, then maybe we were created. Our physical body's are just hosts for our souls.

we have souls. once our physical container returns to the place from whence it came it frees the soul and spirit to go to a different plane of existence where more adventures await.
