It's going to irritate the problem, no doubt. This type of sex is more risky for infection of diseases, since it often results in some small tears in the tissue and any open wound is a gateway to infection, so know your partner's health history and use a condom. There are various ointments that sort of numb out the pain, but key is being relaxed and going slowly and using a lot of lubricant. If your muscles are all tense, it's going to hurt no matter what.
This type of sex is not for everyone. If it hurts, stop and wait until another time to try again.

Be sure to use a condom and a lot of lubricant!!!! Having anal sex with hemorrhoids can cause the hemorrhoids to become inflamed, bleed and be painful. Use caution.

You're just going to make it worse. Wait a few days till it goes away, because you don't want to rupture it, THEN it will hurt.

don't hemmorioids have to do with your reer end? as long as you don't stick anything up there you should be fine....but as for dealing with the hemorroids so they don't bother you try to reduce your stress level that's the biggest cause try not to strain yourself too much b/c that can irritate them....
