eventhough the place have been blessed by priest the spirit still manage to come back after a few month. why is that

Some supernatural issues are caused by poltergeists, which many believe are manifestations of the humans living in the place right now, particularly teenagers. Do events always occur when a particular person is home, and then not occur if he or she is absent?

because holy water is worthless. a medium is needed for communication. they need help on getting onto the next plane.
some places are haunted as opposed of others because of legacies they had during their lives to that place.most spirits are just trying to communicate, and do not mean evil, others are angry, and can scare the pants off us!

Sometimes things that we have give "legal right" for spirits to stay around. Check for objects that are around that may have occult ties, and get rid of them. I would have the spirit cast out, not the house blessed.
