There's a girl that I work with that I like alot and suspect may like me too. She's very friendly to me and we have a great deal in common. Sometimes when I talk to her she becomes all flustered and tongue tied. Then the other day we went to the gym together and I noticed while she was there talking to me she began to turn red in the face. Usually that is a sign that a girl likes you but could it mean something else as well? I am a very muscular and work out like an animal. Do you think she may have just been afraid of me and that's why she turned red.

When she's working out, blood circulation & rate of blood flow increases. Capillaries in near the cheeks dilate to remove excess heat produced by increased metabolic activity.
If she likes you you may see her blush around you at work instead.

She may not be very self confident or is she really shy? If you think she likes you..she must on some level if she went to the gym with you? Did either one of you consider it a date? Maybe she was embarssed to see you in your gym clothes..meaning maybe she thought you were really hot and did not know how to tell you, or maybe she thinks she looks not as in shape as you are..anything is possible...good luck

Girls turn red for different reasons, but usually they are good reasons! In less you embarressed her which I don't think is the case!

the muscle on your body...seems to cool for other...
also...might not be cool for her and gets on between the ...i like to have a conversation with you and not your muscles...so im so red and angry...but i wont show..and that turns me redder..so...and also my hair is turning long and red...lol...just talk...ok
