A good diet recommended by most helth professionals would be to eat a low fat, high fibre diet..... wholegrains and plenty of fresh fruit 'n' veg.

Lunch today could be, humus and cucumber on soya and linseed bread x 2 slices, with some fruit and a muller lite yoghurt or chicken breast pieces mixed with a cranberry salad in a wholemeal pitta bread drizzled with a light vinagerette - both meals are light, scrumptious and very good for the body let alone the digestive track. Because of the high fibre content and excellent vitamins they have slow releasing carbs thus making you feel fuller for longer.

A few snacks could be a couple of chocolate and caramel snack a jacks - only 50 calroies per slice or 2 pieces of malt loaf (Soreen) with some Flora light on it.

Excercise...... well apart from joinging your local gym and doing the bums, tums and thighs class I would suggest maybe Yoga. Its very tranquil, relaxing and more importantly it really gets those muscles working enough to firm up any neccesary areas making you become more flexible and healthier looking - which is always a good thing! Its also very good for the mind and soul 'n' all that. It can be practised at home or at a centre and information is widely available on the internet and in books.

Hope that helps.

I'm not to sure about what you should be eating to help (appart from healthy food fish, chicken, salads etc.) but the best excersices you can do for that area would be a stepping machine or may be a rowing machine.

I recommend you do at least 30mins of running or other cardio workout. Then do weights, use light weights with alot of repetitions. You could join a body pump class, thats great for toning. For legs do lunges and squats and do stomach crunches for your belly.

From breakfast, go ahead and ingest orange juice. But throughout all of those other day, focus on water as an alternative to juice or soda
