This is true, only if they have access to the numbers. Besides, even if you have in your possession a few of the hot numbered bill, there is little they can do., bcecause some of the hot money may have been circulated already. The only way they can nail someone positively is if the have a large amount of the hot bills.

Yes, there is a thin metal strip running through every bill that can be easily detected, serial numbers don't really mean anything, but, why? Use paypal to send money anywhere in the world, it's so easy.

They can to a point remember it goes through a fluoroscope so they could get the top numbers and/or if it is discovered that it is monies they could open it and write down the numbers and then reseal it and readdress it beware
