Cats roughly give birth about 62 days after conception. My cat just had a litter and went about 65 days but that was still normal. Call your vet for a specific answer and if you suspect your cat is pregnant, have the vet give a check up for the well being of both mother cat and babies.

I've always heard two months. So 60-62 days I guess.
Wish humans gestation period was two months. LOL
