Before my first application of semi-permanenet hair dye, my hair was bleached blonde. I then dyed it brown (light) and now wish to dye it a darker shade of brown.

You should be able to colour your hair straight away, but it will tell you on the colourant box. If you put semi-permanent brown dye over bleached blonde hair it will just wash off fairly quickly, and you could end up with an unpleasant tango effect. If you want to go brown for good, I would get lowlights put in by a hairdresser. A full head colour won't solve your problem, because it looks unnatural. Get some advice off a professional-it won't cost you anything. Good luck!

you can dye it again straight away, but once you have rinsed the dye away, put the conditioning treatment supplied with the dye on your hair generously and leave it on for at least half an hour.

as a follow up conditioning treatment, try using aussie mega 3 minute miracle conditioner on your hair, but leave it in a bit longer than the 3 minutes stated on the bottle.

finally, make sure you get your hair trimmed regularly to remove damaged ends.

hope that helps!

risk is, in case you like crimson highlights right this moment, next month you in easy terms would desire crimson or eco-friendly or orange. so what i recommend it to do the bleach and use a semi-everlasting. once you wash your hair it truly is going to fade, and that's while the exciting starts off because of the fact then you certainly can be certain to do the crimson back or substitute up! yet try this on condition that your hair is in good difficulty. yet in a diverse way is to in easy terms upload some weave hair, that way there is not any harm, no improve out.

One day is fine, as you are going darker vs. lighter. Make sure you get a good conditioner and use it. The previously bleached blond hair will be dry and brittle (bleach). As a matter of fact, going darker is probably a great idea and will help your hair to look healthy. Good luck.

You could dye it again now if you wanted; if you ever want to go lighter again you'll have to wait til it's faded otherwise the hair won't 'take' on the colour
