Seat belt wearing women are much sexier...two very strong reasons...No. 1 they take care of themselves...care about surviving a crash
No.2 that cross the chest belt highlights her cleavage...and that is NEVER a BAD THING!!!

Seatbelts don't really count as bondage. It is wise to use them though.
