you can eat all the foods listed-but watch the tomatoes-canned ones can run high...
any cheese is exceptable
i did atkins for 6 months and lost 35 pounds-it was great

I tried this diet about 2 years ago. I lost a lot of weight then when I started eating the foods that I liked again I gained it all back and then some. I then started eating the things that I liked and just cut back on the calories and fat in my diet, and started exercising I lost all of the weight and feel great and i get to eat some of the things that I love. I just found Adkins was way way to hard.

The tomatoes are not that great for that diet, I strongly recommend a different way of weight loss. Once you stop Atkins you gain it all back, all that work for nothing. I can't recommend strongly enough for you to read this web site!!!!

This diet is a disaster, I know someone who did it lost a ton of wt. then shot up to about 300 lbs when he came off of it. "Special K diet worked (for me), I lost 65 lbs, and I'm keeping it off !
